At Baum und Pferdgarten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
